WORLD CUP STARTS Qualifying Criteria:
Top 2 of each group qualify for the World Cup
3rd will play a direct elimination playoffs in 1 night only 1 game for the last accessible spot in the World Cup
(Best 2 teams are determined by most points/best goal difference/most goals
ITFA National Teams Rules
FAIR PLAY!
Any Team is required to comply with the Fair Play rules in all respects. This includes actions such as blocking GK,using cheats for skill points and glitches during and outside or during the game or other unlawful actions (using cheats for skill points and glitches during and outside or during the game) as insults or discrimination. The ITFA or any belonging organisation will not tolerate any violation of this kind. We request any Team who suffers such thing to record it and bring it forward for evaluation. Obviously we will not punish any accusations or interpretation of 3rd parties without proof.
1 - All National Teams must have a Facebook page set up in the following way:
“ITFA TEAMNAME - NAME OF THE FEDERATION” Example: "ITFA Italia - Federazione Italiana Tele-Calcio"
2 - All National Teams must name their in game created teams exactly the way displayed above without the addition of the Federation name (Ex: ITFA Italia), or in case the name is too long then please use the federation abbreviation (Ex ITFA Deutschland is too long, therefore named ITFA DTFB = DTFB - Deutscher Tele Fussball Bund)
3 - The Team Manager is responsible at all circumstances for the National Team and its players and is to take immediate action for wrong doings.
4 - All Players are allowed to play in this competition as long as they are registered in the ITFA Virtual Players Network www.PADARENA.com (please go to the site and follow the sign in instructions). ALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE A SYNCHED ACCOUNT (please write the support in case synching is not possible) PADARENA -> Facebook Site for questions
4-1 For the Qulifiers the Squad can be edited at all times as long as the players are set up in the ITFA Squad in Padarena.com.
5 -A National Team is only allowed to recruit players belonging to the nationality of the team itself. This Means that the ITFA or the opposing team is allowed to scan the roster at any time and the Manager is responsible that all players listed in PADARENA.com have the according national flag on the players profile within the ITFA National Team. This is compliant with the WCVP Rules and mandatory to participate at any ITFA or WCVP competition. The only exception is made for developing Regions such as Africa and Middle East where Managers are allowed to include 3 non nationals in their team until further notice (agreed between ITFA and CSVP represented by Abel Cevallos and Eduardo Patriota on January 26th), and also teams who recieve a pre approval by the Admins Valerio Morisi / Tahir Abas (decision signed on 21.04.2016 ITFA - CSVP represented by Eduardo Patriota). Furthermore all players which have already played a major tournament with the respective national team count as “naturalized” and throughout the Padarena support with proof the nationality can be changed (Proof serves a screenshot of the roster from enjore of one of the past majore tournaments not qualifiers)
6 - All Team Members must like the main ITFA Page in order to receive all necessary infos for the upcoming fixtures :

7 - Depending on the organisation the ITFA retains the right to include the national teams for international tournaments by choice. This means that if the ITFA does not consider the team to run organised, this team may be excluded from any competition.
8 - ITFA will not consider any teams that have not at least spread the word for a min of 50 likes on the Facebook page (for now not valid)
9 - Game Organization:
a) Games can only played on the Set Date as per schedule
b) A Team is allowed to delay 15 mins from the agreed set time, for the rematch however, only 5 minutes waiting time are allowed (if a rematch is scheduled).
c) If both teams did not find an agreement to play the games will be considered as a draw. In case this concerns games for direct access to the next round both teams will be disqualified
d) Every Team has 1 quitting “joker” within the first 10 minutes (no matter what the result is). After the game is quitted the game must be restarted with the result of the quitted match (after Quitting the game must be restarted within 5 minutes). A Team cannot quit 2 times at any circumstance. If this happens anyways due to ALL of the team being kicked out by the server the opponents will be rewarded with a win for this match.
e) for certain cases please include an admin in the conversation with your opponent
f) The Game time proposed must be between 21:00 and 23:00 ITFA Clock (please see www.ITFA-Global.com)
g) If both team captains agree the game can be played in advance to a date and time of choice, however, any Date agreed before is not subject of investigation and if any of the 2 teams does not honour the agreement, set outside of the ITFA frame, then an Admin will not interfere.
h) A Red Card will have a suspension as a consequence for 1 game.
i) all teams must have 11 players on the field (unless the team had a red card and can therefore play with less players according to the red carded players in the previous matches) - Exceptions might be granted but only if discussed beforehand with the Admins
j) if an opponent starts a game with less then 11 player no one is eligible to stop the game for any reason at any time. The Game must be played until the end no matter what.
k) issues must be recorded and brought to the attention to the admins after the scheduled games m) all games must be played on sunday between 21:00 and 23:00 (9-11 pm) ITFA Clock Time
10 - Every Team must post the screenshots of their goal scorer, assist and cards on the group/website after the game. Alternatively it can be posted on the ITFA fanpage or chat of the National Team itself (exceptions considered)
11 - The Team Manager MUST modify the ITFA Squad in Padarena before all games. If A team plays a game with a player which is not listed in the roster (PADARENA and Enjore during the tournemnt serves as proof) or played with a different name than listed on the website the team will have this game set as lost and will receive a warning (Since the tool is new only a warning will be expressed if it happens for the 1st time).
11.1 for ITFA National teams it is possible to update the roster at any time as long as the players are displayed in the current roster in PADARENA (only valid for the qualifyers not for the tournemnt)
12 - Multiple Warnings will result in disqualification of the Team
13 - All Fixtures are pre determined and can only be played in advance.
13.1 All fixtures must be played home and away during the same game week.
13.2 the number of fixtures is determined by the schedule in advance.
14 - All Results must be entered by 24 hours after the game. If this has not happened the result will be 0-0 regardless if the game was played or not.
14.1 "for certain games the day may differ but by not entering the results on the date specified in the drawing the game counts as not played and therefore both teams are disqualified"
15. Winner is responsible for all reporting duties (results, screenshots etc. If there is a draw both parties are accountable).
16. Every Team must have a Team Manager and Assistant for communication in the group chat.
17. Fixture Times can only be agreed between Team Managers. the responsibility for the Team lies only on them.
18. For any issues arising while organising the Game the Admins must be contacted before the game week ends. A retroactive complaint will not be followed.
19. For any specific situation which will come up and is not listed in the Rules, The according admin team is entitled to take an ad hoc decision.
20. Hometeam determines the Jearsey Color. This must be agreed upon before.
21. Every participant Team Member must like the Facebook Fan Page for informational Purposes and must be entered in the League Group as long as this person is a Facebook user. https://www.facebook.com/ITFA-Indep...
22. A Game time must be agreed beforehand. Every Team has a tolerance of 15 mins (see game arragement rule nr 9). If the tolerance is exited and prove is provided the game will assigned to the team which is present
22.1 A game can only be cancelled 24 hours before.
23 Cup specifications a) Top 2 Qualify for the World Cupb) Head to head, goals between head to head, and then goal average is determining the advancing of the round
24 - Minimum age for team managers 18
